This my friend John - he is 81 years YOUNG and just an inspiration to anyone who thinks they are too old to be in shape.............Love this guy's smile and happiness! Now to be fair, he has not yet tried hooping with me, but maybe someday. He usually passes me and my hooping peeps on his way to do a little jog in our community center AFTER he lifts weights in the gym. Maybe he doesn't need a hoop! 

This video is a Mini Hoop Story about Donna Siekmann! I plan to interview Donna very soon. She recently started hooping and found out that working her core is really a great thing! I am honored to be part of her hoop journey. One day in class she shared this information with me and I asked her if I could share it with you. It was very impromptu.

I met Kathy though the hooping class that I attended before becoming a Hoola Fit instructor. I still attend that class, but not as much since my hoop teaching is job number two!  I miss my friends in that hoop circle.
