HOOG
HOOG stands for HOop blOG!
Picture
Many who embark on a journey of wellness and health, find out all kinds of interesting bits and pieces of information. As I share information, keep in mind, I am not a professional nutritionist, fitness guru, trainer, chef or otherwise. I am an everyday person who was diagnosed with MS at age 49 and I am working to fight it's progression one day at a time. Here are the stories of my life. Maybe you'll like 'em and maybe you won't. But my hope is, someone, somewhere is googling, like I did when I was first diagnosed with MS and so desperately needed information - and here you might find a little hope. Perhaps some nugget of something, that makes the googling worth it and maybe helps to chase some fears away and get some sleep.
Welcome to my HOOG!

Summer Travels and Hooping Indiana to Iowa, july to AUgust!

Picture
Hoops are made and ready for summer hooping!
The summer is moving along at a fairly fast pace. My summer time in Indiana has been a blessing of friends, family and hooping!  Lake time is always full of fun, boating, puzzles, card games, bon fires, great food, laughter and swimming! Lots and lots of water fun. Of course for me my summer includes my travels beyond the family lake house in Indiana to include my HOOPING JOURNEY which started three years ago when I went to the Wahls Protocol Seminar in 2016 as an attendee. I took my hoop with me and well, it became a thing. I met Dr. Terry in and in 2017 I became a speaker at the seminar. I took hoops with me for anyone who was interested in hooping with me and shared my passion! I was asked to return this year as a speaker once again and I will be offering a hooping class on Saturday AM at that seminar for attendees.  (Cedar Rapids, IA - Aug 2-4th).

Along the way I am Hoola-Fit hooping at a few different places and the public is invited - here is my schedule of events and information for each event.
If you are interested in finding out more about a certain event the contact is listed with each event. And of course you can always email me - amyrbradley@icloud.com.
